Thanks to Nigel's brilliant questioning, I've been able to reflect outside of sessions on how I work both at home and within my team, and I am now aware of my own unique strengths and also resources that I can draw upon. This is already shining through in relationships with my key accounts and I'm sure the benefits will continue.
