Nigel has a warm and open manner which made me feel really supported and safe talking about both my home life and elements of my job. This warmth coupled with his ability to ensure I am staying committed and keeping momentum has led to some really positive changes for me.

Thanks to Nigel’s brilliant questioning, I’ve been able to reflect outside of sessions on how I work both at home and within my team, and I am now aware of my own unique strengths and also resources that I can draw upon. This is already shining through in relationships with my key accounts and I’m sure the benefits will continue.

My confidence in engaging with prospective clients has really improved, and this is down to some key lightbulb moments I’ve had in sessions with Nigel. I also have a new sense of clarity around where I want to go with my sales career this year.
